Before we get into Pricing
Lets cover off on the Elephant in the room.
Will this be covered by NDIS?
Firstly, we are not NDIS specialists and therefore cannot give any advice in this regard. Having spoken to and worked with several NDIS professionals it appears that most if not all of our fees are covered by NDIS. Every plan is different and what we have noticed, every fund manager works in slightly different ways. No having almost completed our first year, what we have seen is that all of our students (so far), that are on NDIS, were able to claim all Cap A fees.

Pricing Structures
Please reach out to discuss specific pricing. Also, once you have completed your expression of interest or pre-enrollment forms a detailed pricing schedule will be sent out.
The annual package will include the following:
1) Annual Enrolment Fee - to be paid upon enrolment and is non-refundable.
2) Assessment & planning session with teachers and Psych to plan your child's learning journey.
3) General Attendance of the Village - this fee can either be paid upfront or broken down into 4 instalments, and includes:
i. at least 8 Projects per semester
ii. Maker Space tools & materials
iii. IT subscriptions dependant on project e.g. Minecraft Education edition
iv. Access to the Village equipment (including Wifi) while attending
4) Additional help on specific projects (such as one-on-one time) dependent on nature of assistance and will be billed on an hourly basis.
5) Additional help with Literacy and numeracy will be billed at an additional hourly cost.
5) Professional Services (such as Speech, Occupational Therapy and Psych). These will be billed based on a per use basis and be dependent on the provider and based on Group or Individual sessions.
